Meet Penelope

With a passion for translating and humanizing numbers and processes, I’ve dedicated my career to redefining outdated perceptions of the accounting and tax industry. My superpower lies in connecting complex financial data to real-life experiences and aspirations, making it meaningful and accessible to my clients.

My career journey spans roles in a large regional public accounting firm, an industrial staffing firm, and a Fortune 500 manufacturing company. However, my true calling has been serving clients through my own firm since 2004, where I specialize in tax, accounting, operations, and consulting. This hands-on experience allows me to provide personalized, strategic guidance to individuals and businesses alike.

I hold a bachelor’s degree in accounting and marketing, along with a master’s degree in organizational communication from Western Michigan University (Go Broncos!). I’m a licensed CPA in both Arkansas and Michigan, serving a diverse range of clients across the United States.

I currently reside in Bella Vista, Arkansas, with my partner Dale, a talented freelance photographer and video editor, and our beloved furbaby, MJ.
